Ray has Visiting Medical Officer appointments at Calvary Hospital, Wagga Wagga Base Hospital and Young District Hospital and is therefore able to provide a comprehensive service to both private and public patients.
Ray graduated from the University of Sydney in 1994. He was a General Surgical Trainee from 1998 until 2002 on the NSW Surgical Programme. He then commenced training in Urology and successfully passed his Urology Fellowship examination in 2005. Since then he has furthered his training with Fellowship positions at St George Hospital in Sydney and a year-long Fellowship in Edinburgh. During his Fellowship years he focussed on refining his skills in laparoscopic and major oncological surgery (eg laparoscopic radical nephrectomy, radical cystectomy and radical prostatectomy).
Ray will be providing a full range of specialist Urological services. This will include not only laparoscopic and oncological work, but also the operative and non-operative management of benign prostatic disease, urinary tract calculi, inguinoscrotal disorders and urinary tract symptoms and disorders.
The practice will be commencing on Monday March 31st 2008. Appointments can be made by calling the number below from March 17th.
