Professional Development

Calvary Health Care Riverina is committed to ongoing support of the staff’s professional development. Our program portrays a model of education whereby we have dedicated clinical nurse educators and clinical nurse specialists, who are committed to the mentorship of our graduate nurses.

We have various ongoing mentorships in operating theatre, intensive care and palliative care nursing, so that the commitment to a career path in nursing is not limited to the Graduate Program.  We have comprehensive monthly inservice education calendars, and access to applications for financial support for professional development activities and a number of self-learning and supported learning packages.

Calvary Health Care Riverina also has a comprehensive e-learning system which is available for all staff to access.
