Simply Better is about getting things right from the patient's perspective, which in turn has proven to give more time for caring, better clinical outcomes, reduced anxiety for patients and their families and improved patient satisfaction.

While you are in hospital as a patient or using our services you will have opportunities to provide feedback to our staff. After your discharge you will also be invited to comment through our Patient Satisfaction Surveys or Focus Groups. We take each and every comment seriously, and use these to keep getting better at what we do.
